Nakhon Nayok

Nakonnayok, the city of dream near Bangkok. Gorgeous mountains, beautiful waterfalls, rich of nature and no pollution attract the tourists to attend many activities such as sightseeing, biking, and rafting.

Attractions:

  • Sarika Waterfall

    Sarika Waterfall is located in Kauyai National Park’s area. It is a huge waterfall which consists of 9 cascade levels. It is full of water in the rainy season. There are complete of facilities; toilets, cafeteria, and souvenir shops, on the first cascade level.

  • Nangrong Waterfall

    Nangrong Waterfall is located in Kauyai Natinal Park’s area. It is medium but beautiful waterfall. Entering the area, tourists are required to buy tickets. Like Sarika waterfall, Nangrong waterfall is complete of facilities.

  • Blossom Center

    Blossom Center is located along canal 15. Blossom Center is the biggest place to grow all kinds of flowers. Tourists can visit and shop for beautiful flowers in the wholesale prices.

  • Wangtakrai

    Wangtakrai is located in Tambol Hintung, and cover 1500 rai. Wangtakrai is decorated with several species of beautiful flowers. There is plentiful of car parks and residence. Tourists can camp around to absorb the fascination of nature. Visitors must pay for entering.

Interesting Acvities:

  • Rafting

    Rafting along Nakonnayok River is famous for tourtists who likes extreme activities. The best time to raft is in June to August.. The distance of each level is around 2-7 kms. Rafting begins at Tadan Bridge downward Nakonnayok River.

  • Mountain biking

    Mountain biking- there are several tracks available, and is the activity that can be done all year round. Visitors should begin the track in the morning because each route takes at least 2 hours to be completed.

    • Route 1 Wangtakrai - Wangyaw Distance is 22 kms.
    • Route 2 Cha-gnok Mountain – Durian Mountain Dintance is 24 kms.
    • Route 3 Phrammanee Temple – Moddum Mountain Distance is 31 kms.
    • Route 4 Kririwan Temple – Nurnhom Temple Distance is 43 kms.
